INVITATION TO BID – SALE OF

MUNICIPAL PROPERTY

 

The City of Danielsville is accepting sealed bids for the purchase

of municipal property as described below.

 

Property Description:

Parcels located at 371 Highway 98 East (Parcel D001 158) and

385 Highway 98 East (Parcels D001 159 and D001 160) in

Danielsville, Georgia, totaling approximately 2.029 acres.

 

Minimum Bid: $250,000.00

 

Bid Submissions:

All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked

Bid for Municipal Property Hwy 98 East– City of Danielsville” and delivered

To: City of Danielsville

       Attn: Kimberly Davis, City Clerk

Deadline for Bids: Friday, Jan 16, 2026 at 2pm

 

Bid Opening:

Bids will be opened publicly at 7pm at the Regular Business

Meeting on Jan 27, 2026 at Danielsville City Hall Meeting

Room located at 10 Government Circle Danielsville, Ga. 30633

 

The City of Danielsville reserves the right to accept or reject any

and all bids, to waive any informalities, and to award the bid in the

best interest of the city.

Please remember utility bills are due on the 15th of each month, and our online payment system is now live. If you are set up for a credit card payment draft, you will need to create an account through the payment portal below if you wish to keep that draft active. If you do not set a new credit/debit card draft up through the payment portal, your payment will not draft and you will be charged a $25 late fee

The City of Danielsville is NOT affiliated with the payment system DOXO or any other bill pay system. They are a bill pay system and your payment will not credit your account until we get a check from DOXO or any other bill pay system in the mail. This process can take up to 14 business days from your payment date. We strongly suggest using our payment portal above to make payments.
