Please remember that the City of Danielsville requires anyone operating a business in the city limits to have an active business license. Business license must be renewed every year. The last day to get a business license without a penalty is Feb 28th. If you have not renewed your business license by that date of each year, and still have an active business, please stop by the City Hall and do your renewal asap. The fee for a business license is $100 if you purchase by the Feb 28th deadline (there is a 20% penalty after the deadline). There are fines and fees if you are caught operating a business without a business license.
